It starts with a call or email from a customer like you.
We return correspondence within one day.
We have a brief “get-to-know-you, name, address , phone number and what you are interested in,” phone call. We also set an appointment to view property.
Meet with you at dedicated time. Listen to your wants, needs and concerns. We offer our opinion on available options , and take photos and measurements of the property.
We then give you a time frame of when you will hear back from us. Some project estimates are quick and can be done in a day. Other projects are larger and may involve researching materials and design work, which could take a week or longer. In either case, you know the time frame up-front.
During the designing process we are in contact with you explaining where we are with the project. This communication usually happens over email.
The design or estimate is then sent to you via email for approval. With larger projects, we like to present in person so we can answer any questions or explain certain details that do not get conveyed through paperwork.
If there are any questions or revisions needed on design work, we will go back to the drawing board to address all of your changes and concerns.
Once the paperwork is signed and approved by you, we will check with all labor/subs for a start date.
Prior to starting, a deposit of half of the projects cost will be collected.
Once the project starts, we will work straight through until completion.
I will be on site, checking the project daily. At times I come dressed as a laborer to lend a hand and will work the project also.
During the project we will be in direct contact with the client to assure the project is to their liking and they are comfortable.
When complete, we will walk the project with the client and address any concerns.
We will rectify any and all concerns.
Final payment is collected.
We will take final photos of the project and may return during different times of the season when different plant interests bloom or make color changes.
We will also check back with you (usually quarterly) to make sure all is well with the landscape. We believe in building long-lasting relationships and stand by everything we plant.
